One of the leading international events dedicated to project and heavy-lift transportation and logistics Breakbulk Europe 2016 was held at the Antwerp Expo in Antwerp, Belgium on May 23-26, 2016.

The event brought together around fifteen hundred of cargo carriers, shipping companies, terminals, ports, heavy equipment transportation companies, freight forwarders and rail operators, transportation equipment manufacturers, custom brokers and other industry specialists.

Representatives of the industry met to discuss the actual questions of freight transportation in Europe, as well the trends in supply and demand of these freight traffic flows. The main topics discussed were the principles of lifting and transportation operations, inbound logistics, handling operations, sustainable development and performance of industry and supply chains.

The leading forwarding companies demonstrated new technological solutions. The clients of the exhibition had a possibility to meet and enhance relations with transport and forwarding companies, ports, terminals, packers, who have great experience and special resources for handling heavylift cargoes, which usually demand bespoke solutions for transportation and transshipment.

The MODUL team offered its services in transportation and forwarding and attracted considerable interest to the stand of our company among exhibition participants and visitors.

Educational conference and seminars were run within the frame of BreakBulkEurope 2016. The visitors had a possibility to get acquainted with the latest regulations in the sphere of weighting, packing, loading and transporting.
